Walter Bohorfoush is the Director of the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Record Management Office and the Information Governance Team Lead at DOT. In this position he supports the records management life cycle needs for over 60,000 federal and contract employees at the Department and leads the Department’s Paperwork Reduction Act efforts for Information Collection Requests. In previous positions he was the Director of the Records Management Office at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Electronic Records Management Team Leader at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and managed the Technical Service’s Branch at the Center for Electronic Records at the National Archives and Records Administration. He has been getting Information Technology to meet customers’ expectations since 1975 (when it was still called Data Processing). He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, and is a Certified Federal Records Manager.

As the Chief Records Officer, Mr. Brewer leads records management throughout the Federal Government with an emphasis on electronic records. He provides overall direction and guidance for Federal agencies on all aspects of records and information management. This includes overseeing the scheduling and appraisal of Federal records, the development and delivery of records management training, the issuance of records management policy, regulations, and guidance, and evaluating the effectiveness of records management programs in Federal agencies.
Prior to his current appointment in May 2016, Mr. Brewer held a number of positions in NARA’s records management program, including management positions working directly with Federal agencies to improve records management government-wide. Before joining NARA in 1999, Mr. Brewer was a records management consultant responsible for managing records management programs at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Virginia Department of Transportation. Mr. Brewer earned his Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation in 1998, and is also a senior fellow of the Partnership for Public Service’s Excellence in Government Program, which focuses on developing the leadership skills of senior government employees.

Susan Little is the Director of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Division of Records and Information Systems and the Records Officer at CMS. In previous positions she was the Departmental Records Officer at the Department of Labor and the Chief Information Officer and the Records Officer at the United States Access Board. She is a COR III and has managed and implemented Electronic Records Management (ERM), SharePoint ERM Development and Outlook 0365 Capstone contracts. She provides agency mission and business partners with Records Information Management improvements, business process alignments and ERM transition. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University, a Master’s Degree from the University of Virginia, and is a Certified Federal Records Manager.

Andrew Yuen got his start in government in 2007 while still an undergraduate, and he has applied his background in environmental science, policy and web design at the Environmental Protection Agency ever since.
In 2013, he joined the web division of EPA's Office of Environmental Information as an IT specialist, with the main task of migrating EPA's web pages to a Drupal web content management system so that all the agency's content could be better organized and easily searchable.
Yuen designed a mobile-friendly template that has searching and browsing options, created an archive for older EPA material and developed an email notification system to remind employees to update web content. Now the entire agency is using the new system.

Eduvirgen Peralta-Cruz is the headquarters Digitization Program Manager for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In this role, she collaborates with internal and external partners to transform records management at the Agency. She has experience developing, designing, and implementing strategic programs, change management initiatives, and campaigns for enterprise-wide projects. At EPA, she led the IT Security Training & Awareness program, revitalized the IT role-based training program and organized events for National Cybersecurity Month. Eduvirgen has a master’s degree in Communication from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland at College Park. She holds a Change Management certification from Cornell and LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University. Before joining EPA, Eduvirgen worked as a Training Manager and Technical Writer. She enjoys spending time with her family and rooting for DC United.
