DISA’s Hosting and Compute Center (HaCC) is answering Lt Gen Skinner’s call for dynamic change by designing a dynamic customer service model for our cloud customers. The HaCC’s warfighter-centric cloud has three components: Agile customer relationship management, self-service support, and resiliency for the warfighter.
